Everything in the lobby is on us
This is the part guests tend not to expect. From the afternoon into the evening the lobby runs on an all-inclusive basis: the drinks are included, the snacks are included, and nobody is keeping a tab. A beer after a day of walking, a coffee before you head out again, something to pick at while you work out where dinner is coming from.
It is included in your stay, not sold as an extra and not a happy hour with a cut-off time you have to plan around. Come down when it suits you.
It is also the part of the hotel where the neighbourhood gets explained. Reception is a few steps away, so a recommendation is never more than a question, and De Pijp has more good places to eat within five minutes of the front door than most guests get through in a stay.
